The Challenge + Impact
When BAI Communications transformed into Boldyn Networks, the company found itself needing to consolidate six legacy brands into one global digital platform capable of supporting operations across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. The challenge: unify multiple regions, languages, and stakeholders under a single cohesive identity without sacrificing local flexibility.
By consolidating seven separate websites into four core languages and implementing a scalable governance model, we created a streamlined digital ecosystem that powers Boldyn’s global marketing efforts.

Our Strategy division led a structured process to unify six legacy brands into one global platform. Through discovery sessions with leadership and regional teams, we mapped overlaps, eliminated duplication, and designed a CMS framework that streamlined content and improved SEO. This reduced maintenance overhead and created a stronger foundation for growth.

We replaced outdated processes with scalable systems: a CMS tailored for multi-region publishing, AI-powered authoring tools, and modern governance models. These upgrades enhanced content consistency, streamlined publishing workflows, and optimized performance.
