Performance-Based Partnerships

Venture Studio

The backbone of the RDEL Group 4Rs Model is our Venture Studio. We form joint-ventures and performance-based partnerships with our clients, which creates a unique model focused on trust, transparency, and a focus on tangible outcomes. Most importantly, our Venture Studio creates a culture of entrepreneurial thinking where we are always looking to explore what's possible and act as true partners to our clients, whether there's equity involved or not. 

Business Review Process

The first step in our 4Rs Model is to review your marketing, sales, technology, and operational systems to identify significant cost savings. We do not charge a set fee for this service and instead earn a percentage of the savings captured in the first year following our engagement. All reward, no risk. 

The Performance Trust

All RDEL Group retained clients have 5% of their fees held back in a "performance trust". If we meet or exceed your annual goals, the trust is paid out. If we don't, you keep the money.
